Make sure you're not using voice assistants. After you open the Mojipic app, open the Voice Control tab in order to start controlling the app by voice.
Please try the following:
1. Make the full Clean Device
2. Reset the device
3. Delete Mojipic app and install it again
If the issue persists, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the region where you use your device. (Google services can be blocked depending on the region.)
