If you're facing any connectivity issues with your device, please try to turn off Bluetooth, restart your phone and then turn it on again.
If this doesn't help, try to turn off/on your Mojipic device and move your phone closer to the device when trying to connect.
If the issue persists, please try the following:
Make the full Clean Device
Reset the Mojipic device (you can do a reset only when it's turned on)
- Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and press the Forget the device button
Delete Mojipic app and install it again
- Turn off Bluetooth, restart your phone and then turn it on again
- After that, please, connect the devices again.
