Replacement
If Buyer noticed any defects or malfunctioning of the Product, we expect Buyer to report it to our team: support@mojipic.co. Mojipic is responsible for providing technical support – our specialists will advise you for online possible steps to resolve the issue.
If the problem remains or cannot be fixed remotely, the Product shall be returned to one of our return centers. Mojipic is responsible for running the diagnostics and sending a new replacement device to Buyer, if diagnostics does not detect:
- damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
- damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Mojipic;
- damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Mojipic.
If diagnostics does not reveal any of the above-mentioned damages to the Product, Mojipic provides the Buyer with a replacement and covers shipping costs related to it.
Note!
- Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise;
- Buyer is expected to follow the advice of our tech specialists in trying to resolve the issue remotely;
- Buyer is responsible for returning the product in the original package and is responsible for any necessary return shipping charges.
For warranty issues, submit a request to our support team at any time during the warranty period. A valid credit card is required. Return the original product to us within sixty (60) days. Buyer is responsible for any necessary return shipping charges.

Please be cautious and do not include any non-Mojipic products, as they may be disposed of and unable to be retrieved.
Customer assumes any necessary shipping charges, or any other fees associated with the transportation of the product to our facility. Purchasing insurance on your return is encouraged as Mojipic is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
