Terms
All sales of products and/or services (“Goods”) at or through www.mojipic.co. By placing an order or making a purchase through mojipic.co, the buyer (hereinafter “Buyer”) accepts the Terms and agrees to be governed by and subject to the Terms.
Orders
All orders by Buyer constitute offers subject to final acceptance by Infinitum Trading Inc. and/or its wholly-owned subsidiaries (“Mojipic”). Mojipic may require additional information before processing an order. An order confirmation confirms receipt of an order and does not signify Mojipic’s acceptance of the order. Mojipic reserves the right to accept or decline an order at any time for any reason. Mojipic may, in its sole discretion, limit order quantity. If Mojipic cancels an order after billing, Mojipic will refund the billed amount.
If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. If the order you want to cancel has already entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. To cancel an order please contact Customer Care.
It is Mojipics company policy that we do not refund the sales tax amount and that it is the customer's responsibility to request the refund from the state.
Please refer back to your accounting department for the proper filing on any taxes paid.
Prices
Prices shown on Mojipic.co do not constitute offers. Mojipic reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice and to correct pricing errors. If an item purchased for full price goes on sale within fourteen (14) days of purchase, Mojipic will refund the difference upon request. Mojipic does not match prices that appear to be from unauthorized resellers or to be inconsistent with Mojipic’s resale policies. Shipping and handling, expedited service, and taxes are not included in prices and will be added to the total price if applicable.
Shipping Estimations
Orders will ship as soon as practicable from when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless noted at the time the order is placed or if you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Pre-orders will ship at a future date. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates and do not include handling time. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through Mojipic.co are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier. Shipping of non-Dangerous Goods to the following locations may take additional time as compared to shipments within the continental U.S.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
- Other locations outside of the continental U.S. and EU
- APO addresses (such as Armed Forces addresses overseas)
- If the goods are sent by an order fulfillment center from a warehouse located in PRC
Note: Orders placed on Friday after 11:30 a.m. PST time are received and processed on Monday next week due to time zone difference.
Shipping Restrictions
Lithium-Based Battery Shipments: Due to standalone lithium-based battery shipping restrictions, this product may only ship via ground and is subject to domestic and international shipping requirements. If the final ship-to address cannot be shipped to via ground, the order may be subject to cancellation. U.S. domestic orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are currently shipping via ground as well. International shipments from the U.S. are also prohibited for products with lithium-Based Batteries.
Delivery
Expected delivery dates are estimates and do not include handling time. All deliveries are subject to modification or cancellation due to events beyond Mojipic’s reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, compliance with any law, order, rule or regulation of any governmental or other authority, delay in transportation, labor disputes, strikes, failure of equipment or systems, or shortages of any labor or materials or services. All purchases through Mojipic.co are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

Mojipic reserves the right to cancel or decline an order or payment method at any time for any reason. Coupon codes may be void for gift cards, specially priced/discounted products, and new product releases.
Mojipic reserves the right to change payment methods at its sole discretion.
Refunds & Returns
Online Purchases of Mojipic Products for USA Customers
If for any reason you changed your mind and decided not to use the device, follow the instructions for refund in this article or submit a request for refund within 14 days after the reception of the product. For any questions contact our Customer Support Service: support@mojipic.co.
Note! Only unpacked and unused devices with the original package unsealed can be refunded. Unsealed and opened products cannot be subjected to refund if there is no apparent reason for the latter. Buyer is responsible for returning the product prior to the refund.
Please, pay attention to the following:
- No refund can be issued after 14 days since the date of reception.
- A refund may not include shipping costs, as well as payment system fees (withheld upon purchase) from 1% to 6% (depending on the payment method used throughout the purchase).
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
- Refund may be completed through the original payment method of purchase, PayPal or wire transfer and is up to Mojipic.
For warranty issues, submit a request to our support team at any time during the warranty period. A valid credit card is required. Return the original product to us within sixty (60) days. Customer is responsible for any necessary return shipping charges.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Cases with faulty or malfunctioning devices are regulated in accordance with the Replacement terms on our website.
Online Purchases of Mojipic Products for EU Customers

In-Store Purchases of Mojipic Products
If you purchased a Mojipic product from an authorized retail store, please check the return policy directly from that store before purchasing the item. return policy may differ depending on country or state.

For returns, ship the product, with your order number written on the OUTSIDE of the shipping package, to the address provided below:
BEFORE SHIPMENT:

- order or contribution number (contribution only for broken devices from backers)
- serial number of the device (if you already opened the package)
- reason for return
- attach photos and videos
- As soon as the support team confirms that we sold the device to you, you can send the device.
- After sending the parcel to one of our addresses, send the tracking number of the shipment

Here at Mojipic Brand, we are dedicated to designing and manufacturing the very best, innovative solutions for our customers.
Your authentic Mojipic Brand products all carry a warranty but that warranty does not apply to counterfeit products.
Mojipic will only back products that are genuine Mojipic Brand products purchased directly from www.mojipic.co, in one of our stores or from one of our authorized partners.
Other Terms
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to purchases of goods, contests, and promotions, all of which are made part of these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms posted for the specific purchase, contest or promotion, the terms posted for the specific purchase, contest or promotion will govern with respect to your participation or specific transaction
Limited Warranty
Any applicable limited warranty is available to the original retail purchaser only. For applicable limited warranty terms and conditions, please review the original packaging or visit www.mojipic.co/warranty-policies.
Limitations on Liability
THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULL EXTENT DISCLAIMER IS PERMITTED BY LAW. IN ANY EVENT, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT MAY ARISE BY LAW IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM HEREIN. THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND PROVIDED BY THE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES. MOJIPIC WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY DAMAGE, WHETHER DUE TO ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT, BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, DELAY, NON-DELIVERY, NON-PERFORMANCE, RECALL, OR ANY OTHER REASON. ALL CLAIMS FOR NEGLIGENCE AND FOR FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY WAIVED AND RELEASED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MOJIPIC’S LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECT IN GOODS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. BY PURCHASING AND USING GOODS, BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THESE LIMITATIONS AND WAIVERS, DECLARES THAT THEY HAVE BEEN READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREES TO BE SO BOUND.
Consumer Rights
SOME STATES AND OTHER LOCAL JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO SUCH A LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO BUYER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THAT EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO BUYER. THIS WARRANTY GIVES BUYER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND BUYER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND DECLARES THAT THESE LIMITATIONS AND WAIVERS HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO BUYER’S ATTENTION AND EXPLAINED, THAT BUYER HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS ALL TERMS AND AGREES TO BE SO BOUND, AND THAT BUYER'S RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, LIMITED WARRANTY, AND GOODS, AND ANY PAYMENT FOR THESE, SIGNIFIES THAT BUYER HAS VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY CONSENTED TO ALL TERMS, INCLUDING THE WAIVERS AND LIMITATIONS CONTAINED HEREIN.
Modifications
Any changes to the Terms are binding and enforceable only if made in writing and signed by an authorized Mojipic officer. Mojipic does not agree to and rejects any proposed terms or conditions contained in an order or other documents that are in addition to, in conflict with, or inconsistent with the Terms. MOJIPIC RESELLERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS, ADDITIONS OR EXTENSIONS TO TERMS OR WARRANTIES.
Intellectual Property
Buyer acknowledges Mojipic’s ownership of all trademarks, service marks, copyrights, imprints, rights of publicity, patents, design patents, registered designs, industrial designs, trade dress, product design, trade secrets and other intangible rights relating to the Goods (collectively “Mojipic Intellectual Property”) and acknowledges that Buyer will have no right, title or interest whatsoever in any Mojipic Intellectual Property.
Period of Limitation
No claim, suit, or other proceeding arising out of or related to the Goods or the Terms, including without limitation the Limited Warranty, may be brought by Buyer after one (1) year from the date it accrues. No discovery, estoppel, or other rule will apply to extend this limitations period.
Indemnity
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Mojipic, as well as its officers, agents, employees, and representatives, harmless from and against all claims, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, and proceedings, whether based in contract, quasi-contract, subrogation, tort, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory, including without limitation all expenses, costs, damages or injury to person or property, and attorney fees incident thereto, arising from or relating to the use, handling, storage, transportation, possession, processing, fabrication, resale, or any other activity involving the Goods after purchase. At Mojipic’s request, and subject to Mojipic’s sole discretion to choose its own counsel, Buyer will also defend Mojipic from any such claims, causes of action, or proceedings.
Enforcement
Mojipic may recover all expenses, including attorney’s fees, expert fees, and court costs, incurred to enforce the Terms or to pursue any lawsuit, arbitration, or other proceeding related to the Terms.
Applicable Law
The Terms will be considered to have been made in Lithuania and will be governed by and interpreted under Lithuania law, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Except as provided below, any action, question, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms may be brought only in a federal or state court in Vilnius city, Lithuania, having jurisdiction over the subject matter, and Buyer irrevocably consents that such court will have personal jurisdiction over Buyer and waives any objection that the court is an inconvenient forum. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Mojipic products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. THE BUYER WAIVES RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL AND/OR CLASS ACTION RELATING TO THE GOODS, AND MAY NOT JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF A CLASS ACTION OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY.
Additional Rights
Mojipic has all rights and remedies given to Mojipic by applicable law, and Mojipic’s rights and remedies are cumulative and may be exercised from time to time by Mojipic. No waiver by Mojipic of any Terms shall operate as a novation or waiver of any other breach. Mojipic will not lose any right because it has not exercised that right in the past.
Miscellaneous
If any Term is invalid or unenforceable, that Term will be ineffective only to that extent, but the remaining provisions and Terms will be unaffected. Buyer’s rights may not be assigned or transferred. The Terms will be binding upon and enforceable by and against Buyer and Mojipic, and their respective legal representatives, successors, heirs and assigns.
