First of all, don’t worry, we have a solution for you! Please follow the instructions below to make sure that your device is working:
1) Press the turn-on/off button strongly and hold it for 3 seconds (don't be afraid, you won't break it!)
Important: Press hard only if your contribution id is between 1 and 800. In other cases, you can press the button in normal mode.
2) If it still won't turn on, take a charging cable, and connect it to the Mojipic device and the 12V power supplier. Wait for 30 minutes. Check it again, it might turn on without any difficulties now.
3) If it doesn't help, please do reset (please read the manual to see how to do that) and then repeat steps 1 and 2.

- How did you charge the device?
- What kind of chargers did you use to charge?
- Where did you charge your device?
- How long did you charge?
Also, please send us an actual real-life photo of the label with the technical characteristics of your charger.
